Novak, formerly of The Blind Tiger, employs innovative style pushes the envelope of British culinary creativity whilst respecting the simple quality of Great British fare. The Gaslight Grill launched in May 2012 at The Lost Angel redefines the modern steakhouse by pushing the envelope of British culinary creativity. The menu is set to highlight the great offerings from land and shore of the UK, marked by the notable fusion experience of fire grilled meats and the innovative pairing of dipping sauces to each dish : the signature of the Gaslight Grill. The Gaslight kitchen is open 6 nights a week, and from midday on a Saturday and Sunday - serving a delicious Sunday Roast.  In 2012 The Lost Angel underwent a major refurbishment combing the romance of a Victorian country estate with hedonistic edge of a 19th century Gin Palace, setting the scene for a vibrant but thoroughly discerning drinking experience.
